Germany implements the
 International Phytosanitary Standard No 15 on Wood Packaging Material [PDF].

For EU Member States, the relevant requirements for the introduction of wood packaging material are laid down in
 Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament of the Council of 26 October 2016 as regards protective measures against pests of plants.
